I think the large amounts of teams that have come and gone is something that is common everywhere. Competitve paintball has always been a strain on resources. It's hard to sustain for a long time for most. Also, interests change, especially with older teens. It's really hard to keep a team together for any length of time.

Elements of CIA are still around (Brody and Grant, Shawn and company... )... they have come out to a few WP practices recently. KVK up island are still rocking to I think.

It would be interesting (at least to me) to figure out a little bio for each of the teams mentioned... who played with them... what was won... what events... a little history on the Island scene.

you know, i think we need to start threads like because we need to keep our fingers on the pulse of the game. if we can network some thoughts or insights about our island's hows and why's, then we're apt to stumble upon some ideas to help it grow.

hey guys KVK is still in just have been really busy with other stuff though... Just a heads up though but Entourage is no longer together.

our info though is in 3 man (when we were inferno) 1st place and 3rd series and as KVK 2nd place 5 man IS09 and 2nd place xball

that's 30+ teams. gone. 30 captains and 150 + players. there's nothing we can do about kids trying stuff out and then moving on, but with those kinda #'s it make 1 wonder what could the sport have been/done, to keep more people in?

BOSS had i think...3-4 podiums while i was with them, two 3rd place finishes one at fumble on the rock as it was called due 2 rain/daylight running out, and BRAWL in 2k5, and a few local island ones that never really meant anything, although, me, frenchy and crosby won 1st place at the island cup and beat them out when they didnt want me on their roster because i wasnt good enough, that was a sweet win, gots me self a schweet ion at that event good times...
