Reposnse Trigger For 98c

Hey guys i just install a r/t on my 98c brand new out of the box followed the instructions top to bottom sit in my gun really nice all the lines are clear and lone and behold it doesnt work there no burst fire nothing and i have look at other response triggers and to me it doesnt look like the piston stick outs far enough to even reach the trigger i have gone through quite a few trouble shooting tips i have tried both co2 and hpa (fulls tanks of both) so i am a complete loss here any suggestions and yes i have tried rate of fire screw both clock and counter clock wise and i got no leaks what so ever i have new o rings seals you name so any help would be awesome

Shot in the dark, does the responce trigger take batteries, if soo put some in

Screw the screw in until it is very very difficult to pull the trigger... then slowly back it out until you find the sweet spot.

maybe its just hard to find the sweet spot try sqeezing the trigger almsot like ur shooting a real firearm (really slow and firmly) see if its just hard to sweet spot. On a related note is there a feild on the island that lets you use response triggers ?

is there a field on the island that DOESN'T let you use response triggers? every field ive been to allows them.

I trying pulling as slowly i can trust me i pull and slower and i would be worse then molasses and as far as i know every field on the isalnd let you r/t

As long as you're not abusing the ROF restrictions and lighting people up with it RT's usually aren't considered a problem. But I have seen a few incidents where people were running RT's and laying on hard against renters such that they've been told to lay off.

ya i have seen fiurst hand full auto i got light up like christmas before. on a postive note i may have fixed it the problem where the rate of fire knob it i completed took it apart and the grease they put in it was like a rock so i cleaned it and put a think layer on and they piston now comes out

I was just wondering about the rt thing cuz I was talking to some one at TNT last year when I had a a5 and i was wondering I could use the rt at TNT because I mainly play there and they said u had to disable ur rt at TNT

oh really? is this a actual standing rule at TnT? just want to know because hellfire has been thinking of going there for a while and i would like to know if i have to dismantle my x7 if we go.

The point is to keep the overall rate of fire DOWN so as not to intimidate renters. As long as the RT isn't going off regularly I don't think they'd make an issue of it... obviously best to check with the management on that to be certain but that's the impression I've always gotten, that it's the spirit of things (ripping it up on semi will get you a warning too if you're laying down too much too often). I play stick fed semi or 50rnd hopper when I'm at TNT to force me to slow down and be ammo conscious.

In the past I shot my old A5 RT at TNT without issue. I had to make sure I kept my ROF under control. Upper limit was 11bps I think... if I recall R&L's safety speech correctly.

i think hes off work at like 4 or 5. he works at southgate tim hortons if your in that area today. his names steve.
