updates: we have excavated a 100'x200' 7-player speedball field on the southwest corner of the field! this field is surrounded by thick brush for privacy. the turf should be ready for play by spring. there is parking right on site. also water and a view to die for.

in addition, we have also excavated a 3-player speedball field ajacent to the new pro-shop (opening june 20th). this field is for drills and small team speedball play. it is netted with a spectator area. as per the larger field, turf should be ready by spring.

if you are from the greater nanaimo area, this may be your new speedball home:

- paint cheaper than anywhere else on the island
- on site compressor with 4500 lb. fills
- sup'air and permanent speedball bunkers
- the island's only 'X' for x-ball scrims and games

Just curious what state this leaves the Cage in - is there new ownership/lease-ship - if so, who?

most of the island's speedballers have been hitting the war party practices on saturdays. (when they're not at tournys and by invite (pm southpark here b4hand please)).

every season see's a different combination and this year is no different. still same guys doing the same things but sundays are ixnay right now.
