Hi im Andrew and was wondering where we can play paintball in port Alberni. the top of the hump is now closed until we can get approval by the owner. I no were a summer field is with a river in the middle of it but im guessing in trespassing again because it off of a logging road. I allso remember a "field" out bever-creek were it was off of a trail were horses go down witch isn't the best spot for people safety. so drop a commit of possible fields we can play or people you no would let use use some land to play on even if there was a small field fee. its not the best weather to play but its better the too hot or to cold " good times playing in the snow and freezing are butts off" and i want to play through the summer. I dropped like $3000 or so in to gear and i haven't used it yet like my AGD automag with a pamers brass barrel. Allso i havn't seen any new posts lately or don't no were people are posting in port so hopefully this should help.
There has to be a vaccent field in port somewhere apposed driving all the way to Nanaimo. So if any ideas to where about to play please leave a comment.

Thanks. Andrew.

I BACK biggrin.gif

Just got in a hour or so...

But I have way to much to worry about. over this weekend. Van blow up on the way down and had to buy a newer one. Got it back home OK and started the importing process, but still need to tie a few loose ends. Pretty bad when a vacation bankrupts you at teh same time :-P

But yes we need to all get together and figure it all out. If we could find a landowner willing to let us use the play that would be great.

i was coming back into town today from qualicum and i seen a few vehicles at the hump site, i hope you guys are up there cleaning up and have talked to the appropriate people to be up there, if not you're making is harder for us to legally play there. please don't paintball up there until we get this figured out

I bet it was locals that don't know whats happening. Maybe we need to post something up there and send them here so they can join in with us to discuss the future of alberni paintball together.

Someone had mentioned posting signage about the sites status up there a while ago, but definately something clear stating that they ARE trespassing there and that efforts to get renegotiate usage rights or alternate play locations are happening here if they're interested in joining in would be a very good idea. Unfortunately it's a liiiitle bit out of my normal circuit *laugh*
