i live in Pa so idk if ill camp...might if rob(fifthplane) does, he doesnt like to sleep alone... and he has baileys....Mmmm the creamy beige.....

should be good times. we are planing some special things for this event! stay tuned for mo' info.

there will be at least 1 or 2 supernaturals camping over to watch the gear. absolutely for sure no backing out.....

Sounding off! I've secured transport coming up Saturday with CyborgShaman's group. Going home is another matter, but we can worry about that at the game.

Bringing my camping and paintball stuff ... but out of respect to space in the vehicle I have to leave most of my entrenching kit at home.

I won't be camping out. Saturday WarParty will be running practice at the Cage in Duncan as per usual... SUNDAY I hit the HUMP!

I am camping in Parksville for the weekend but plan on sneaking away for the afternoon either Saturday or Sunday ... sounds like Sunday might be the better choice (noon-3pm ish)

We might have a serious snag with this event guys. I have been contacted by Timber West’s property management division today over email and been told we do not have permission in placed to hold this event and it will be trespassing.

I have responded to her and hopefully will be able to come to an agreement. I'm not sure if they believe the site is being used for a profit venture or what and the reason why the outstanding permission given to use the site in the past is not valid. Or if it has expired, forgotten or what. I hope to find out more tomorrow when she response. Lets keep our figures crossed and work with Timber West to resolve this matter, as we don't want this to go sour and ruin this weekend and future use of this area.

Hopefully we can come to an agreement that protects all our interests, but be prepared to give and take a little. I think the advertisment of paint sales is what set the alarm bells going or someone local ratted us out as I have seen some negitive posts on alberni.ca about paintballers using the area in the past. I don't know, but I will try everythig I can to resolve this issue. I'll keep in touch.
