After many emails from the Island, the Interior etc, we have scoured the dates we could possibly move this event to, since either partial or some cases full teams would not be able to attend due to other commitments, so we decided to Move the BCWPPL event from the 20th of June to the following weekend the 27th and add the Pump Championships event on the Saturday giving some teams the option of more bang for their buck.

We are also considering 2 divisions ( let me know your thoughts) Open class and stock class ( although with stock we would allow non 13 gram use)

All the modified stock class (constant air) players that I know have no problem going up against open class pump. My opinion would be to have just one division. At WCPW we have lots of modified stock class players up on the podium.

My thoughts where to have everyone play everyone, but have seperate "divisons" for the 2?

That would be great. I think though that it would make it more difficult to organize 5 guys because now you would have to find 5 stock class players instead of 5 pump players, unless you played in the open division of course (but that dilutes the stock class pool). I would be interested to see how many 5-man modified stock class teams could be pulled together. I would venture a guess that the number would be pretty small. I don't want to be a naysayer, cause I think the idea is great. Just not sure if it's plausible.

And just a note, Panther has a fleet of 10 Hardly used ( no one uses pumps but we have them available) Azodin Kaos Pumps with 13/3000 tanks available as rentals, if you're pplaying and need one, let me know n/c with entry, but have to be reserved.

Just a note to all who may be considering attending the pump tourney
the BCWPPL will be holding its 3rd event of the yeaqr on the Sunday June 27, 2010
It's a fun old bushball tournament 7 man , where Ego's and pumps can go toe to toe and you never know the outcome.
You might want to consider doin a 2 dayer, camping as always is available at Panther, and with the pump and BCWPPL entry being reasonable in price and small consumption of paint, you can probably do both for less than a regualr speedball tourney, and get more for steak with your sizzle.
