Alberni Hump Game orginization Discussion

Hey guys,

Just starting this so we have a place we all can orginize the next day all the local Hump players and traveling guests are able to get together for a day of slinging paint.

I'm usually availible Sundays from 10am to 2pmish. Some Saturdays maybe availible too if given notice. I would like to get out in a few weeks and actually play this time, so drop a note here when your availible.

if you guys get a set date, then just post it at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance, and i can schedule those days off

either for me, as long as i can get a lengthily notice (a week or two in advance) so i can schedule days off

Sundays seem to be a running theme. but i supose saturday is doable as well. Hellfire is mostly available on sundays tho due to jobs and wives.

Sundays are best for me and if I can carpool with any vic boys goin up that would be good also... Sometimes Ill be able to drive and take 1 or 2 ppl as well!

I'm keen on a 2 day camp-out, just to make the drive more worthwhile... Steaks over the campfire and beers following a Saturday game... Sound good to anyone else? You guys way down in Victoria oughta jump on this wagon...

I'm just gonna throw a date out there... how does does May 8th and 9th sound? Mother's day is the 9th, so don't forget to give her flowers before you go

I believe that is the weekend of BCPPL Event 1 which would have quite a few of us over in Vancouver but May 22/23rd are open on the calendar. The weekend before that (May 15/16th) is Pump Day at TNT down here in Victoria which I expect a lot of us will be looking to attend and the weekend after (May 29/30th) is the Gangs in the Streets scenario at Panther on the Mainland which is a blast if you can get out to it.

I would suggest trying for the May 22/23rd weekend for the next big gathering...

- i'll bing a fresh skid in for that weekend, order now; bronze, silver, triumph, rec sport, seconds, and blaze.
remember that 'hump' paint will be cheaper than any paint you'll find at walmart etc. - tell your friends
- compressed air and C02 available again
- free loaner markers again (must use hump paint - starting at just $9 a bag/500)

can we hit 100?!!??

well it looks like May 22/23rd would be great for a camping weekend, Its also May long weekend so you could even have a three day event

We should make a new thread for the descussion of this day if infact everyone else is down again.

unfortunately because of my 4 week on 4 week off schedule I"m not home from work until the 26th of May. I wish you all the best game of the year and I"ll be up for a game after that for sure
