Hey everyone,

WOW...

What a great Turn out. At the beginning a quick head count was around 60 people. Unbelievable.

Wish I could of played myself, but it was fun guiding around the Camera Crew and helping them get into the mix. We should have some really good footage and watch your Local SHAW TV around May 1st ish. She is going to be putting it into some contest the Shaw hosts are having and should be on by then.

I want to thank everyone who traveled the distance, the locals were taken by surprise to see that many people show up. Some had no idea and were not expecting us all there, and they wished they knew or they would of bought paint from Tom instead of at Wal-mart. But they did take you on your Air!

Thank you Tomn8r and his crew, if you guys didn't jump on board from Day 1 with offering Cheap Paint, Air and Free Rentals, this would of never been as successful at all

Thanks to you Refs (sorry forgot your names) for providing a smooth flow for the day and keeping the fun involved. You two did awesome and really pumped everyone up.

Thanks also to Southpark for helping in motivating everyone to get out and join us and Shadowwalker for helping with everything and allowing us to have a Paintball Forums that really made this happen.

And let’s not forget WestcoastBAller and his crew who cleaned up the site and made it accessible.

I know I missed a bunch of people and I thank you all, hopefully this is a start of something bigger for the whole Island and we can do more of this in every community. But I definitely would like to do this two or three times a year at this site again. Next I will be playing!!!!

GO ISLAND UNITED!!!

Great turnout today!! i know Myself and Hellfire had a good time. Thanks to ALL the people who made this happen and all the people who attended!!

Awesome slinging paint besides the Island Militia/Warparty crew as it always is! Its nice to methodically move across terrain with a large group of ballers that know when to "bump" up to the next bunker while covering each other and not hide in the back and try for the lucky long ball.

Thanks to elements of "The Rezzdawgs", "The Devils Rejects", "Notorious" ,"Misfits","Super Naturals" The Tussie Road group(you all need a name)" and all the other team/groups that i missed. It was awesome to see what this Island has to offer in the means of paintball talent. No wonder we kick <swear filter> on the mainland!! ha ha ha

Thanks to the Island Militia/Warparty and Hellfire boyz, Fatty, and West coast baller for staying behind after the day was done and cleaning up as well. The Hellfire crew were the last vehicles to roll out and i was sad to see it end. Thanks again everybody!!! lets do this again soon!!

Josh, that was Fatty and WestCoastBaller doing the final cleanup with us at the end of the day. Zero-Niner had to head out about midday because of his back injury.

Back Injury kept me from playing, but my wife was called to work so I needed to be there for the kids. Sorry I couldn't stay to the end and help clean up. Thanks to those who did.

I am still in awe of everyone that showed up. another big big big thanks to everyone for their contribution to everything. It would have been something entirely different without all the participation.

I am trying to figure out a good team name for our group here in town. any suggestions would be considered. please pm anything you have to offer

I cannot wait until the next meeting. Possibly on a different outlaw field? or ours again, doesn't matter to me biggrin.gif

LOLz... well... you shot me in the a$$ so... LOLz. That was a fun game though. I felt like I was all alone at the end facing down the entire Blue Crew. That was a blast.

we have gone with "ALBERNI ASSASSINS" and I am going to take a design down to the local sign and stitch shop and see what they can do for us. I'll post up pics of the initial drawing as soon as I can.

thanks to everyone for their ideas

If you need help with the finish design, let me know. Graphic and Web Design is my specialty and I can produce it very quickly in photoshop, which then can be given to teh print shops to embroder or print on clothing. They usually don't like getting ruff work and will charge you more for it.

I would not reccomend A.R.M. as a team name as it already has a meaning here in canada. it stands for Aboriginal Rights Movement. and they are an Angry militant native group.
woul;dnt really wanna piss them off. lol
