I'm looking to borrow a UNF 15/16-20 bottoming tap briefly to make the threads on my halfblock a little bit deeper, does anyone have one I could borrow? (or they can tap it, I just want my barrels to fit )
I dunno if this is the best section of the forum to post it in or not? *shrug*

I'm 99.99% sure the only person/shop on the Island with a 15/16-20tpi tap is.... me. It is an extremely rare thread. So taps are uncommon.

and I have 4. lawls




I won't lend them out though. I could chase the threads and add a thread or 2 into your body. Just not sure as to when, since I've been too busy to even get anywhere near my lathe lately.

Yeah I figured they'd be uncommon, I need to add about 1/8" or 3/16" or so more of threads into it (superbolt body) to get my barrels to thread on all the way, although having just looked at it again, as long as I use freaks the insert will get pushed back enough to make up the gap so its not such a pressing matter anymore

both are cocker taps and the second one is only 35 bucks

becausen ot many people other than paintballers have any need for a tap like it

totally forgot about this thread probably the slowest pump build ever (hasnt been functional in a year )
As longstar said nobody uses that thread for anything, an few people need to tap bodies to cocker threading (or correct cheap chinese manufacturing in my case)
