When I'm playing in the bush I always wear it, and when I remember to I do up the chinstrap on the speedball field because I'm paranoid... that said I've only seen masks come off accidentally maybe 4 times total and a chin strap probably would have kept it in place. Alot of us have gotten kind of lax about safety because we've been playing alot and when Ninja Midget's not around there aren't alot of accidents / incidents.
We are not going to run around and check your chin strap for you, we're not your mommy. I've also never seen anyone give so much as a second glance when someone does do up their chin strap... It's a little extra safety, it doesn't hurt, but when you don't perceive a risk it probably seems unnecessary and if it's not adjusted properly they're not comfortable. I wear mine loose and usually can't tell if I've done it up or not unless I feel for the strap.

I Don't Cause accidents... my gun does.. JK
but some leagues Make you wear the mask , it says in the rule book..
No Mask Modifcations unless produced by the Factory or Company..
Something along the lines of that.
i recommend keeping the strap just incase..
Some mask's don't even come with one

Guarantee some dumbass punk freak asshat had their goggles fall off their face while they fell while trying to climb an embankment to that "perfect sniper position" and they got shot so sued the goggle manufacturer to say that they never would have been shot like that if the goggles had a gheyass chin strap. Then the stupid _ucktard got a bunch of money for being a capitalistic idiot and the rest of us have to have these stupid dangly annoying chinstraps on their goggles.
I fricken HATE the American Suism mentality.
Some guy at Canadian Tire comes up to the customer service desk the other night asking to speak to a manager. (I SOOOO WISH I HAD A CAMERA). He explains how he accidentally drive his car over the barrier wall at the back of the store by the loading dock. He says at first he felt like an idiot, but the more he thinks about it he thinks there's a litigation issue here. WTF?! Yeah...Canadian Tire should sue you for damages on their barrier wall you freaking bonehead! Why is it that so many people make a stupid mistake, and instead of taking the blame and realising they fucked up, they have to try to blame it on someone else. I am pretty damned sure that the guy drove his car up to and over the barrier wall, and that the barrier wall didn't come sneaking up out of nowhere and throw his car up on it's shoulders. I drove by and it was the FUNNIEST thing ever...car is balanced at about a 30 degree angle over the wall, which is probably 18" high where he drove over, but on the other side it is sloped down. HOW did he even fucking DO THAT??? Definately a kodak moment, and I don't have my damned camera.

Seems to catch it when I quote Tekk....
I guess it is because he still has super admin status like a "root" god of the forum.

It was a test group with the hopes that the filter would be bypassed in a private section only but we discovered that the swear filter was bypassed for the whole board. Someone couldn't figure out the code to contain it to that one section. The private section was dissolved but the bypass filter group remains.
It could be easily corrected but the odd swear word isn't going to hurt us now and then from the five or six people that were part of the original group.
The forum in general is pretty PG-13ish.
