Some lenzs have a coating on them that is supposed to stop fogging but, IMO, a thermal lenz is one that has two separate lenses that trap air between them- very similar to a double paned thermal window. The trapped air acts as a layer of insulation and this prevents warm damp air inside your mask from condensing on the lenz... a non thermal lenz (just one lenz) will cool quickly... warm damp air condenses on the inside of teh lenz... and you cannot see as it "fogs".

dude. go thermal. trust me. dont waste your time with the "fog resistant" lenses. all they "resist" is you seeing clearly. IMO
