Operation Intrinsic Harvest
September 27, 2009
Hosted at Panther Paintball by International Limited Ammo Paintball Series

Come out and and enjoy Limited Ammo Paintball Action! Bring your Pumps, Tactical Markers and Scenario Gear. 50 Round Hoppers, TacCaps and MagFed Guns are welcome. There is a limited amount of spots for Heavy Gunners who can carry a 200 round hopper which are fully automatic capped at 13 balls per second. This is the only scenario out there that boasts two working mechanized tanks, the ensuing battles are epic. We here at ILAPS would love to see an Island Contingent out at one of our games, so please consider this an open invitation!

Late last month Union Forces Rolled over a small town by the name of Zelnogorsk in the region of Surrbekistan. Resistance forces mounted a valiant assault against the onslaught of Modern Armor and Infantry but were beaten down by the constant assault and several key objectives have fallen into the hands of the invading forces. There is still a large Resistance presence in the area and as the Union of Allied States sets in for a occupation of the area they will find their "easy victory" more difficult than they ever imagined.

Union of Allied States

Camp Liberty has been activated to an Active Duty Garrison for the Zelnogorsk Region due to its strategic proximity to several high value targets such as the Water Pumping Station along the local river providing water for the region, the South Western Oil Wells and invaluable Firebases spread throughout the area. It is expected that the Resistance will launch an offensive against these initially vulnerable targets. As such it is the job of Union Infantry to defend the targets from capture/destruction.

Objective:

1. Hold and Defend Camp Liberty at all costs.
2. Defend Points Uniform, X-Ray, and Zulu
3. Send Patrols to Locate and Destroy the Resistance Forward Operating Base in the Region

The Resistance

They have defeated us once, they will not defeat us a second time! We will show these Union fools what our homes and our families freedom means to us! They are spread thin, and we have a chance to deal a blow to them, targets will be designated by your leaders in the field. Make no mistake, this fight is for our very existence as a free people, no longer will we let their boots sit on the neck of the people! We will move to Rally Point Echo and assault the Union forces and make them pay for the loss of our brethren!

Objectives:

1. Take Objective Uniform by Alloted Time
2. Take Objective X-Ray by Alloted Time
3. Take Objective Zulu by Allotted Time
4. Defeat the Garrison and take Camp Liberty

Secondary Objectives:
1. Destroy the Fuel Depot
2. Destroy Enemy Armor

Schedule to be Forthcoming.

Wasn't clear on something as far as the "limited ammo" is there a cap on how much ammo may be brought out onto the field per player? or is it just a restricted hopper capacity?

The Loader Device MUST be either a 30-Round TacCap Hopper for a Cyclone/RipClip Feed System, Maximum 50 Round Mini-Hopper such as the ones made by Winchester or Brass Eagle, or a Magazine Fed Marker. No Modified 200 Round Hoppers are allowed.

Squad Automatic Weapon:

The Squad Automatic Weapon is the heavy muscle of the squad who carries 400 paintballs onto the field, they carry a paintball marker which is fully automatic capped at 13 balls per second capable of carrying up to 200 rounds in their feed system (Hopper/Q-Pod/etc). SAW’s may use standard Gravity, Electronic Feed, and various other Hoppers as well as feed systems such as the Q-Loader, so long as their loadout does not exceed 200 rounds in the loading system and 200 extra rounds on the individual.

Its being held a Panther Paintball, which is in South Surrey, its about a 45 minute drive from the Tswassen ferry terminal. Not sure what time this starts at, but past games at Panther started at 10am and if you take the 7am ferry pre-assemble your markers, gear up on the ferry and then drive like <swear filter> it is possible to make for a 10am start.

I doubt that there will be a shuttle as to the best of my knowledge there has never been one for Panther games.

For past events at Panther they have let us camp out at the field the night prior to the event, but not sure if thats the case for this one, its up to the event promoter and Panther to figure that one out.

Sounds like a pretty sweet event though, if I go I'll head over the night before and there is a Best Western about 5 minutes away from the field which is where I would stay.

Good Afternoon Guys!

Hope everyone had a good weekend of balling and relaxing, we have modified our limited Ammo Aspect for our larger Scenario Games just slightly. 200 Rounds for Light Riflemen, 400 Rounds for Heavy Gunner (Semi or Fully Auto capped at 13 BPS) on yourself at one time. This can be in any setup for the Heavy Gunner, and for the Riflemen they must use a 50 Round Hopper, TacCap or Magazine Fed Gun. The feedback on the game format has been great and everyone has had lots of fun!

I will be discussing the possibility of staying the night before, and see if we can have this as a Camping Event this month! I will be back to you with details once I clear this with Panthers Staff.

Unfortunately at this time there is no ferry, we are looking into possibilities and again I will update you as soon as I have confirmation on a go/no go on the shuttle.

If any of you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at justin@ilaps.org.

Like last game it looks like we will have The Green Basterd (Bad Companies New Tank) and The War Dogs APC up and running for the event, so be prepared for some awesome tank on tank action. Looking forward to you guys making it out, the Island Ballers have quite the reputation out here.

And for those of you who were on CSPO a while back, I was Imperator smile.gif

Also feel free to sign up on the forums: www.ilaps.org

Alright Gents and Ladies!

Update on information specfically pertaining to you Island Folk!

$10 Off Entry to Operation Intrinsic Harvest if you bring your Ferry Ticket and Register with it. We understand it costs to get over here and we want to make sure all of you can make it to these games.

So Far There are Three Options as for Lodging on this side of the Pond:

1. The Default: Best Western, Holiday Inn, a Friends Couch... Ranges from Cheap to Expensive...
2. Camping: I have okayed it with Panther Paintball that we will be allowed to camp on the premises on the 26th, if this is the case we will be doing a Dusk/Night Game the day before.
3. Cottage @ Panther Paintball: They have a large, heated, with working plumbing and a bathroom Cottage on the premises and at $10 a head you will have a spot in here, 20-25 people capacity and as with #2 if this is the case we will be doing a Dusk/Night Game that day to get everyone pumped up for the next day. You will have to bring your own Bedding as there is no beds in this facility.

I'd love to hear what people think of the different options!

We will be selling 50 Round Hoppers, we currently have stock Winchester Hoppers, and will most likely have other brands to choose from for this game. Let me know if you need one in particular or have a preference, most likely we can arrange to get a few in before the game time for sale.

We will also be selling Tac-Caps and various other Accoutrements for the Limited Ammo Format (50 Round Pods, etc, etc).

Sounds like a kicker Justin. Might be able to slip over to play this event if cash allows (BCPPL is gonna eat up most of the coin though... we shall see).

Thanks for doing all this work for us islanders,

If money permits I think I might had over for this.

I'm assuming a Tiberious 8 qualifies as a limited ammo marker?

Because of scheduling conflicts there's no way I'll be able to make it over for this one, but if a stick fed Minimag would qualify I'd be interested in checking one of these out in the future.

Southpark: Would be good to see you out! Hope you can make it out, but I can imagine how a BCPPL event is gonna eat up a bit of cash! haha.

Camoking: No Problem, trying to make this game as accessible to everyone in the area as possible! Cant leave you Islanders out, ive seen how much of a force to be reckoned with you are! A Tiberius 8 definately counts.

Shado: Thats a shame man, would really like to see you out at the games! Stickfed Automag more than counts as a Limited Ammo Marker maybe the one at the end of October we have planned as a last hurrah before the end of the season?.

The Marker Rules simply come down to a "Tactical" Marker that is fed by a 50 round hopper, Magazine Feed System or TacCap as well as Pump Style Feed Systems such as the ten round tube on a phantom. However heavy gunners at a 1:8 Ration to regular players can have 200 round hoppers, fully auto 13BPS Capped with 200 more rounds on them.

Furthermore I am currently looking for "Generals" for each team, if you are interested please contact me at justin@ilaps.org

Do you guys have a date set for the October event yet? It's always a busy month for me but the sooner I know the sooner I can try and block off some time to come play with you all.

October 25th, 2009. If you guys are interested I can arrange for the overnight stay and we can turn it into an extravaganza that stretches over the evening of the 24th, to the closing hours of the 25th. Again, the same arrangements would of course be made, $10 off for all those that came over on the ferry, just show your ticket at the sign in desk, etc, etc.
