Player cap is 300.
This is a Big game/ Scenario game loosley based on the WW2 battle of midway island. one side will be the Japanese forces and one side will be the American forces. there will be flag stations and secret missions at this event. This is also a charity event to help raise money for F.A.S.(fetal alcohol syndrome)

Tickets can be purchased through Midway Paintball (forum name midwaypete). there is a paypal account set up for those who cannot come into Midway to get tickets.

Josh, make sure to get some flyers done up and such and maybe talk to the guys at TPG as the July 5th game is probably going to be your best spot to get the word out to the mainland players. May also want to get the word out to CSPO, Spec Ops, and a few other sites if you want to fill 300 seats.

Alternate ticketing arrangements (ie: shops and locations other than midway to get tickets) would probably be a good thing to look into, at the least getting something setup with contact info and/or credit card payment options are going to be pretty much required. Face it, we're a lazy bunch and very few of the prospective players will be regulars to or located anywhere near Midway.

It's a good cause and I'd like to see this become a smashing success with regular recurances.

ya man. i agree. i just need to get the payment info from pete at midway. also i dont know how to get a hold of these other groups like cspo. im technically not the advertiser for this event, im just a planner. i thought it would be a good idea to get the word rolling before its too late. im pretty sure the date doesnt conflict with any speedball or bushball events already planned. i will get on pete about the ticket info.

Seriously, I've got nothing but love for Ace, K2, Conico and company. But there are certain elements, mostly highly positioned in CSPO, that take their camo's and "rank" a leeetle bit too seriously. They're the ones that make me want to play with a hot pink milsim marker and an easter bunny outfit just to watch them cringe.

It's sooooooo much fun wiping out the cspo, sneaking around their flanks like ghosts in snow. If any of the cspo are reading this, BRING IT ON!!!!!! Try to win a bit of your dignity back after that BRUTAL butt whoopin we islanders dished out in the last....4 scenario games.
