If you're going to come play at TNT, and you want to save some time in the morning, here's the waiver form ( http://www.tntpaintball.com/documents/waiver.pdf ). You can print this off and and fill it out before you come.
If you're under 18, you require the signature of a parent or guardian on your waiver. So if they won't be at the field on the day you're playing, then you MUST print one of these out and have it filled out by them.
