Hey guys. Me and the pumpsters were hoping to come out and run around and shoot each other tomorrow. Is there going to be anyone around?

I can't be sure, most of us that are there usually work/go to school during the week... I'll check around and post back later.

Sorry for the inconvenience CP, but I myself did ask one of the refs if they would like us to clean/put bunkers away and he told me that we could just unplug them and leave. I can promise it will not happen again, and again I am very sorry.

On a lighter note, any word yet on whether we can come play today or not?

Heh Jeff,

Just off the phone with "Midway Pete". He is in Vancouver picking up paint... the field is closed today. He said if you want tomorrow (Wednesday) he could open...

Ed said to leave the bunkers so that we could use some of them as fillers for the Sunday practice.

I forgot about that, we are completely out of paint. There were a few 100s bags in the front but that was it.

Yay, fresh paint for next weeks practice.

Pete's buying paint and he always gets some great stuff some good stuff and some okay stuff.
Usually some Special forces, nelsplat and affordaball.

He buys them in skids so there will be enough for a few months.

The SpeedBallers also buy a range of paint Joshua... some of us with deeper pockets pay for the more expensive stuff while those who just want a paint that is good enough for practice get the less expensive. If anything, with more money flowing into the field's coffers due to an increased customer base (bushballers and speedsters.... and crossover players like me) and more paint being shot I would hazard a guess that Pete will have more leverage and a faster turn over of paint... which might mean fresher paint for us all and more money for Pete's operating renovations and repair budget. It is all good.

No worries josh, on my way back from van with a full skid of paint, I like to have a selection of
Paint for all players rec or speedballers, you know how we speedballers are fussy about
What goes through our markers, lol. There will fresh paint for all my friend. Just like golf
A ball for every handicap
