Here's the story, I lubed and greased my gun last night, shot about 200 rounds out in the morning and at the end of the run a ball broke. After that the bolt wouldn't move, I had to push at it with a chopstick to get the bugger out. I haven't had the bolt stick before when I brake balls, any ideas on why it did this? (the balls do have a thick shell I figure a part of the ball got stuck in there)

Also I'm 90% sure my velocity adjustment is backing out after say 2000 rounds, I have to go readjust it because my balls are dropping. Is it safe to put some loctight on it or maybe some teflon tape? I know there are moving parts around there so I don't to mess things up.

Thanks
Scott

Having a bolt stick because of a broken ball / wedged shell has been known to happen before.

I wouldn't loctite it.. there should be a slot for a o-ring on the velocity adjuster.. try a thicker oring... teflon would be the next best thing..

Humm...just checked it there is no O-ring at all on the adjuster, guess that could be a reason it's backing out.

is there a slot cut in it for a o-ring to fit into?

Ya it does, I put a tank O-ring on it as suggested by Tek. It's now has some resistance when turning it, so I think it will work.
