island amateur team notorious is having a fundraiser on August 3rd on sunday....location will be in the nanaimo,about 5km from the bungy zone....start time 10am til 6pm,unless we're having too much funn...then 7pm.............players will need their own gear,as we will not have rentals.........

entry is $25 per player,pays for air and co2 all day...entries can be paid at pw paintball shop.........we will be bbq'ing hotdagz,hamburgers and chicken burgers....

paint will be nelsplat at $80 per case

games played will be:
-defend the tower
-usual bush ballin
-air ball field will also be set up,for some of ballerz who hasn't had the air ball experience yet..

Isn't this the same date as IS08 event 3 in Duncan. Does this mean that Notorious will not be attending?

oopz........date has been changed to august 3rd....and this is for team funds........and for pw paintball shop customers,as i have way too many customers asking for an event and i don't have a field at this moment......

everyone is encouraged to come out, jakes field is really fun to play attack the castle and theres tons of awesome bunkers built in the woods.

airball is an interesting experience if you haven't played it before, tons of fun.

hope to see a good turnout.

Anyone thinking of car pooling from Victoria for this?
Otherwise a solo gas bill will be kinda steep.

hey paul thanks for the invite it was good to play again. It has been a long time since i last played. Notorious put on a good event today:) Too bad we couldnt of stayed longer though. Would we be able to drop in on sunday practices or is it team only?? Thanks again. Good luck at your next tournament we will stop in to see ya at the store in a couple weeks.

Nice to hear people say they had a good time

we will be doing another event like this around October i believe. tell your friends and lets make that event even bigger than this one. the more people the better

thankz 2 all the ballerz and non ballerz who supported this 1st Notorious Fundraiser...........very hot day of ballin and alot of happy faces!!!!.....this is gonna help our team BIG time and maybe achieve a better standing in the bcppl series events....we will be doing another event in october(rocktober)..very koolio meeting ballerz who i haven't met b4....the next event will be bigger/better....details 2 come soon..
