I have a Proto Matrix Rail, the year of the model is 2007. It is having problems with leakage and velocity. There are times when it will just start leaking out of the barrel with out beng able to schoot. It will be able to shoot at high velocities but when it gets turned down to about 310 fps, air will start leaking out of the barrel. There are times when it works perfectly without a hitch but it will randomly stop working at random. I have cleaned EVERYTHING inside the bolt, changed damaged o rings and none of this makes a difference. I would appreciate some help. Thankyou.

Try lowering the dwell. Also check the pressure of the reg to make sure it is working properly. Should be around 180 PSI. Make sure you are using a grease type lube not oil.

Insert an allen key into the main regulator, and twist.

The regulator controls the pressure of the gun (PSI) which determines the Velocity.

When does it do this? Need more info. Hit me up on Sunday, and we'll take a look and try to figure it out for you Seth. The Rail when setup properly has been a great tourneyentrylevel gun.

Because it's a cheap marker with an unresponsive stock trigger and board. An aftermarket trigger, bought from a friendly local paintball store (such as Bastion paintball wink.gif ), will probably fix your problem.

A Tadao board will work wonders too...I got 'em...also grip frames can make a difference, the stock frame and trigger just isn't quite as comfy or ergonomic.

Maybe your board is capped?

Check that.
