when I air up the marker It doesn't cock. it feels like the sear isn't catching. any Ideas (under cocking kit installed)???

Usually the best thing to do with a Phantom that isn't working is to take it apart and put it back together again. Make sure you get all the pieces lined up correctly when you slide them back in the body. It's most likely something like the pump rod isn't seated in the correct spot on the bolt. Let us know if a re-assembly doesn't set it straight.

Make sure your cupseal is screwed on tight and that the retainer is screwed on tight. Those are fairly common problems.

Is the velocity screw in the bolt properly? I has this problem once. If you screw the velocity in too far, you mess up the threads then it only screws back in the wrong way. This causes the marker not to cock. To check, make sure the head of the screw is on the same side as the black o-ring on the bolt itself.
