so i just bought these eyes and im not sure if theyre working properly due to the gun firing while the eyes are on and while no paint is in the gun.
and yes the eyes are clean they havnt even been used yet. and i dunno if it matters but only one side lights up

One side is a sender, one a receiver...so yes only one lights up.

Take the eyes out of the body and use your finger to block/unblock them to see if they're working properly. Otherwise bring 'em in tomorrow and we'll check em out.
