Best Rof And Dwell Setting -ion

i already know the 48 rule and other principals on setting rof and dwell, i have just put a 360 qev and techt l7 bolt my rof is 8 from top, my dwell is at 40 from bottom, ,,,, it shoots sweet and all but i did notice it is using a bit more air than before i changed it


any suggestions ???

Hmmm I forget... B adjusted mine and it turned out great of course lol.
I think he put the dwell at 8. and I forget about ROF.
I'll let him answer.
