Signatures some slight changes

Some of you may have noticed some slow down of this web page recently. So in the interests of keeping things fast, pretty and low bandwidth-ey, animated .gifs will no longer be usable as signatures or avatars. They were just using up too much bandwidth unnecessarily.

If you have a problem/concern with this please talk to me, St.Neil or ADMIN.
